***Important COVID19 Information***

Dear East West Acupuncture patient,

Due to the recent state of affairs with COVID19, we closing our doors until the Indiana Governor or the Federal health administration advises us that it is safe to do so. We will keep you informed about our return to normal hours as we know more in the coming weeks. Your health and that of our staff is of utmost importance to us, and although we will miss seeing you, we are choosing to follow the guidelines of the federal authorities, that are recommending that all non-essential medical offices close at this time.

To our veterans: we will work with you and your community care managers to do our best to make sure your authorizations are extended for your care. Many many workers are on furlough, and many are working from home to serve you. Please be patient with us as we scramble to get everyone cared for in the fastest way possible in the coming months.

While we are still learning about how COVID-2019 affects people, older persons and persons with pre-existing medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease, cancer or diabetes) appear to develop serious illness more often than others. We at East West feel many of our patients fit this criteria, and for this reason are choosing to close until we know more. Please stay home if you fall under this category. In order to stop the spread of this pandemic, we all need to take a breath, stay calm and shelter at home.

Know that we will be calling you in the coming weeks to get your appointments rescheduled as soon as we can.
